User Agreement.
Please review these terms carefully before establishing connectivity between your hardware and the Mikrofy Cloud Mesh.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Mikrofy platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service or connect any hardware to our infrastructure.
2. Service Description
Mikrofy provides a cloud-orchestrated management layer for MikroTik RouterOS devices. Our services include secure remote access (WinBox/WebFig proxy), fleet monitoring, automated provisioning, and a RESTful Developer API.
3. Registration & Security
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including passwords and generated API keys. Any action taken through your account is your responsibility.
4. Router Ownership & Authorization
You represent and warrant that you own or have explicit legal authority to manage any router connected to Mikrofy. Connecting hardware without authorization is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account termination.
5. Remote Management Responsibilities
Mikrofy provides the tunnel; you provide the configuration. You are responsible for all RouterOS configurations, firewall rules, and security policies applied to your hardware. Mikrofy is not liable for network outages or security breaches resulting from user-applied configurations.
6. API Usage & Rate Limits
API access is provided to support automated management. Excessive requests that jeopardize platform stability may be throttled or restricted. We reserve the right to rotate or revoke API keys for security reasons at any time.
7. Billing & Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed based on the plan selected (Single, Starter, Business, or Custom).Trials: Free trials are for evaluation only and limited to one per user/business.Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the dashboard. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, Mikrofy is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nairobi, Kenya.
