We collect information you provide directly (name, email, phone, country) and technical metadata required to run the service. This includes:

• Account Identifiers
• Transaction History
• API Usage Logs
• System Heartbeats

2. How We Use Data

Your data is used solely to provide, maintain, and secure the Mikrofy platform. We use it to authorize tunnels, process payments via Paystack, and notify you of hardware status changes.

3. Router Telemetry

Mikrofy processes hardware-level telemetry (CPU load, RAM usage, Uptime, OS Version) only to display it in your dashboard. We do not inspect or store user traffic payloads flowing through the management tunnels.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We share data with trusted infrastructure providers only:

• Firebase / Google Cloud

  Authentication and authoritative database storage.

• Paystack / Paddle

  Secure payment processing and subscription lifecycle management.

5. Security & Storage

Data is stored in Google Cloud data centers. Remote access is encrypted via AES-256 WireGuard tunnels. Your infrastructure passwords are never stored in plain text.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can exercise these rights directly within your dashboard or by contacting our support team.

7. Kenyan Data Compliance

Mikrofy complies with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019. We process your data based on your consent and the necessity of data processing for the performance of the User Agreement.
